These terms summarise the LongFu88 player agreement. The full legal version is binding and is shown in the account on first sign-up. By using LongFu88 you agree to be bound by both.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for confirming online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction; LongFu88 does not provide that legal advice. ํ๋ ์ด์ด from a list of restricted countries cannot open accounts - the current list includes the United States, United Kingdom, China, Russia, Cyprus, Israel, Iran, Iraq, Myanmar, Sweden, Denmark, Lithuania, Romania, Malta, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, North Korea, Afghanistan, Belize, Côte d’Ivoire, Curaçao, Montenegro and several others.
2. Account
One account per person, household and IP. Duplicates are voided. You are responsible for all activity on your account; LongFu88 is not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials. You may not transfer or sell your account or any associated winnings.
3. ๋ณด๋์ค
Each bonus has its own wagering, max-bet and game-contribution rules shown at claim. Maximum bet while a bonus is active is ₩7,300 per spin or 10% of the bonus, whichever is lower. ๋ณด๋์ค expire 30 days after credit unless otherwise stated. Abuse, voidance or duplicate-account activity forfeits all bonuses and any winnings derived from them.
4. ์ถ๊ธs
์ถ๊ธs are processed within 3 business days during business hours (06:00-17:00 GMT, Mon-Fri). KYC verification can take up to 10 business days. ์ผ์ผ and monthly caps are tied to VIP tier. The casino can delay or cancel withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion or breach of terms.
5. KYC & AML
You must provide ID, proof of address, payment-method ownership documents and (where requested) proof of source of funds. Documents must be submitted within 30 days of request or the account can be closed. KYC review is up to 10 business days but can be longer in complex cases.
6. Dormant accounts
After 180 consecutive days of no activity, accounts are considered dormant and a monthly fee of ₩7,300 is deducted from any remaining balance until the balance is depleted. Log in once to reset the dormant clock.
7. Refunds
์ ๊ธs are non-refundable except in genuine technical-error scenarios. Once a deposit has been wagered, no refund is possible. If a refund is approved, any associated bonuses and winnings are deducted before the refund is calculated.
8. Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion is requested by emailing support@longfu88.com. The account is closed within 24 hours and you may not open a new account during the exclusion period. You must disclose any other LongFu88 accounts you hold; LongFu88 is not liable if you fail to disclose.
9. Governing law
Only the English version of these terms is legally binding. Disputes are governed by the law of the operating jurisdiction stated in the full terms. Independent dispute resolution is available via the licensing authority listed in the cashier footer.
